Sorry you missed it... Charlie Lucas playing a sweet acoustic mini-show at the CORNER CAFE in Navasota, Texas. Yes, my oldest favorite hang out, revived its music venue tradition for an hour Thursday at Noon to MAKE HISTORY and hosted the Charlie Lucas Band (minus a few).
Charlie has become a real fan and friend of Navasota and the Corner and even filmed his latest music video here in NAVA -gitdown!- SOTA... and will be celebrating its world premier TONIGHT RIGHT HERE IN SAID PLACE, along with a private concert- for the town that welcomed him and let him race golf carts at 3:00 in the morning. Not a bad trade, given the great talent this guy has to share.
